High Tide in Green Hollow is set back off a cul-de-sac.  All homes in this neighborhood are well spaced and on large lots.  Our lot is 2+ acres.  A lovely Cape style home with the 1st floor master with full bath and walk in closet with washer/dryer.  The 2nd floor King had a huge skylight over the bed for stargazing.  There is also a 2nd floor Queen and a set of Twin beds in the 4th room.  Open floor plan in the living space w/ a deck right off the LR /DR.  Outdoor shower and nice flat yard for playing.  Bike paths on the island, easily accessible from Green Hollow,  make travel by bike a great option.  Basement with beach chairs, toys and boogie boards.  I am readily available to answer any questions. We recommend Bike rentals or a Car, but Uber is on the island as well.

This home is also part of a 2 house compound. The driveway splits to go to each house.  The houses are separated by fencing, plantings, space and treed area. Quiet and peaceful.  The 2nd home is a 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath Ranch with private pool.
